Rogiet School See Black

Children from Rogiet Junior School came along on a cold and wet Early Saturday to perform the Guard of Honour for Newport RFC in their home match against the Welsh All Blacks from Neath.

First, our junior coach Joe Crocker showed the children the Grand display of memorabilia in the Everson Room before Newport players Carl Townsend and Dale Rogers held a brief skills session.

Then Rogiet provided the traditional Guard of Honour for the teams as they ran out but not before being photographed on the famous Newport bench.
