September 2012 Player of the month
Picking up where he left off at the end of last season with a hat full of awards is our talented back James Leadbeater. Primarily a scrum half, James has often stepped into other positions to help out and always gives a strong performance. Whilst Elliott Frewin has been scoring the tries and Adam Frampton receiving the premiership spotlight the Newport fans recognised James consistent performances and selected him for the first 2012/13 monthly award.
