Newport RFC 1976/77 reunion The event was very well attended with many members of the squad attending along with their families and also an audience of around 150 people. An excellent 'Q&A' session was held with the players but the highlight of the evening was the showing of the match from April 1977 on the big screen. Newport beat Cardiff 16-15. FoNR would like to thank everyone who attended and we hope to be able to arrange similar functions in the future. Kev Jarvis |
