FoNR sponsor NRFC squad medical equipment Friends of Newport Rugby are pleased to announce another sponsorship of the ‘Black & Amber’ first team squad. Funds raised this year are being donated to the club to purchase some much needed medical equipment. Items provided include an artic flow cryo therapy cooler, a cryo therapy ankle cuff, a fasplant vacuum kit and a number of suturing sets. All of these medical items will be used to help any players who suffer injuries during a match. Newport team manager Phil Ramsey commented ‘The medical support team have had a requirement for some improved kit to help treat injured players for some time and we are delighted that FoNR have once again been able to support the team with a generous financial donation.
