There are a number of ways in which to join the Trust, including Life Membership and Family membership, and these are outlined in the table below.

Full & Concessionary Membership

All adults (i.e. over 16 years of age) can join the Trust as full members. Full membership entitles the member to a vote at the Trust’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) as well as other Trust member meetings such as an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) and Trust member ballots. A concessionary rate is available for students over 16, and senior citizens.

Junior Membership

Applicants under 16 years of age can join the Trust as junior members. Unlike full membership, junior membership does not entitle the member to a vote at the Trust’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) as well as other Trust member meetings or ballots.

It is recommended that for junior applicants the form should be completed under the supervision of a parent or guardian and that where appropriate the parent/guardian should sign the form on behalf of the applicant. In all cases, the parent/guardian of the applicant is required to add their contact name and address details to the appropriate section of the application form.

Family Membership

The Trust offers family packages for those families who wish to join the Trust. Each adult (i.e. over 16 years of age) can join the Trust as a full member, which entitles them to a vote at the Trust’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) as well as other Trust member meetings such as an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) and Trust member ballots.

There are two packages available for families to join the Trust, which are outlined in the table below. These packages afford the family applicants a 20% discount on the standard fee.

Corporate Membership

The Trust also provides Corporate Membership for businesses that wish to participate in and become members of the Trust Fund. For more information, please click here.

Application Forms

In order to apply for membership the applicant needs to complete the Trust’s Full Membership Application Form which can be obtained either from the Trust table in the clubhouse main hall on match days (Newport RFC or Newport Gwent Dragons) or from this website.
